SINGLE SERVE BISCOFF MUG CAKE
INGREDIENTS:
▪︎ 3 TBS Biscoff Spread (warmed)
▪︎ 1 TBS sugar/coconut sugar
▪︎ ¼ cup self-raising flour
▪︎ 1 tsp vanilla essence
▪︎ 1 TBS vegan vanilla protein powder ( I used @macr0mike, discount code AMB-SAMMYB)
▪︎ 2 TBS almond milk
▪︎ 1 x Biscoff Biscuit (to top)
Method:
Melt your biscoff spread for around 15 x seconds so it becomes more of a liquid. Sift your flour and mix all the ingredients until well combined, transfer to a mug or ramekin.
Top with broken Biscoff biscuits and cook in the microwave for 60 seconds (if the mixture seems underdone, allow for an additional 10-20 seconds/depending on your microwave). ⠀
Top with ice cream and caramel sauce or extra melted biscoff. Enjoy!
