Deliciously Healthy Sweet Potato Brownie Recipe for Guilt-Free Indulgence

Unlike traditional brownie recipes that are laden with refined sugar and unhealthy fats, my Sweet Potato Brownies are low in added sugar and are made with healthier substitutes, allowing you to indulge without compromising your dietary goals!

HEALTHY SWEET POTATO BROWNIES

Ingredients

INGREDIENTS:
▪︎ 1 cup cooked sweet potato
▪︎ ½ cup cocao powder
▪︎ ½ cup maple syrup
▪︎ ¼ cup vegan chocolate hazelnut protein powder ( I used @macr0mike, discount code AMB-SAMMYB)
▪︎ ½ cup natural peanut butter
▪︎ 1.5 tsp baking powder
▪︎ ¼ cup oat flour
▪︎ ½ cup vegan chocolate chips
▪︎ 1 tsp vanilla & a pinch salt

Method:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees and line a square cake pan with baking paper.

  2. Blend all the ingredients apart from the chocolate chips. In a bowl or food processor until a thick batter consistency is achieved. (Add a little more maple syrup if you have a big sweet tooth).

  3. Fold through chocolate chips and transfer to your lined tin. Smooth the top and decorate with extra chocolate.

  4. Cook the brownies in the oven for approximately 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean. ENJOY!
