WHITE CHOCOLATE & PEPPERMINT SNOWFLAKE BOWL

Say hello to my healthier and protein-packed white chocolate and peppermint snowflake bowl bringing in the Christmas vibes! To top off my blue bowl I used mini white vegan chocolates which were melted and popped into a mould off Amazon (you can grab the exact moulds I used here)!

Gluten-Free, Vegan

Cooking Time: 30 minutes  /    Makes 1

WHITE CHOCOLATE & PEPPERMINT SMOOTHIE BOWL


▪︎ 1/2 cup almond milk
▪︎ 1/2 cup ice
▪︎ 2 frozen bananas
▪︎ 1.5 scoops @macr0mike white chocolate candy cane protein powder (Discount code AMB-SAMMYB)
▪︎ 1.5tsp all things blue spirulina @mavellasuperfoods

Topping:
▪︎ Dessicated coconut or granola
▪︎ Vegan white chocolate (melted and set into moulds)


Method:
1. Blend everything into your @vitamix or high-speed food processor until thick and creamy.

2. Transfer to your bowl and top with desiccated coconut or golden granola and mini vegan white chocolates. I will link the mould I used on my website. I used @sweet_william_chocolate white vegan chocolate. Enjoy!
